I went to Ibiza last summer with afew mates, best week ive ever had. If you love clubbin then it is a must. I wouldnt know about backpacking their as i stayed in an appartment.

It does have the biggest club - Privaledge - holds 10,000 people. Cant rermember the exact price, but costs approx 35 euros, well worth it. the club itself has massage parlours, gardens, swimming pools, tatoo parlours, DJ boots in the toilets, fir breathers, half naked women dancers lol.

Ibiza has many huge clubs aswell as Privaledge, and the atmosphere in San Antonio's West End is great.

U got anymore specific questions?

I have been to Ibiza to, and yes the clubs are amazing there. Just be ready to party hard, and I might say it is a little expensive to get into the clubs, especially if you want to go to the club that is popular that night.

As far as staying there, I stayed at some guys house that lived in ibiza. he rented me a room in his house for $20 euros a day, it was a great deal.

yea me and my buddy are gonna be in Barcelona for 5 days and we were gonna try to make a day/night clubbing trip to Ibiza, think we'd be able to just find someone to stay with, or would that be pretty tough, if so, i guess we'd just have to stay and party in Barcelona

You have to take to account that the boat takes about 8-9 hours to arrive to ibiza, and from what i remember the boats travel at night. So will recommend a stay of at least 3 nights so you can really enjoy ibiza, and that includes the nice beaches there.

I don't think you should have trouble finding a place to stay. I'm sorry i don't have that information of the place I stayed.

I've been through the rise and seeming fall of the U.S. electronic scene, so I'm stoked to head to Europe. Some questions about spain though: What about Ibiza in the Fall/Winter? Still hoppin? Is Ibiza mainly a tourist thing? Anybody recommend websites for info on those clubs? Thanks.

To give you an idea of how dead Ibiza is in the fall/winter, my friend booked us a luxury resort there for $58 - FOR THE WHOLE WEEK. We were pretty stoked on going, and then read many accounts online about how there's nothing but sheep there in the cold season... literally.. just sheep. In fact, one horror story said that the resort we got was CLOSED when some people got there last november, and they were rebooked to some place out in the boonies. I'm sure it's very beautiful anytime of year, but the attractions basically close down after September.

Maybe if Beergal pops up around here, she can fill ya in on details, as she's worked there.

Also, if the 9 hour boat isn't appealing

For around 140 euro you can fly there in 50 minutes on Iberia roundtrip.

DAMN!! Well that blows. Good thing I won't be spending all that money...yeah...and I hate huge parties anyway...all that stupid fun...oh well. I know a guy from Idaho that might be interested though...if you're telling the truth about the sheep.

Does anyone know about Ibiza for Spring Break? Is it in full motion for that or is it still deserted?
