Default Working out/ workout clothes while traveling

So after some compromising with my parents (wanted to go to Thailand or Buenos Aires ) I bought my ticket to europe this january. I will be traveling from belgium to holland, germany, czech, italy and maybe a few other stops in between. Fitness is important to me and I will be on the road for 42 days so I want to get a few quick morning workouts (crossfit style workouts if anyone is familiar with crossfit) in during the mornings (calisthenics, running, gymnastic rings, etc.). Some workouts I could probably do inside but others will require me to be outdoors. For the January-February weather in europe and the fact that I am backpacking what do you recommend I do for the laundry/ packing deal?

My thoughts are a pair of under armour long sleeve shirt and pants to wear under my shorts and shirt when out side and that same pair of shorts and shirt when inside. Is it realistic to think I can handle washing this every day or every other day? Should i bring two pairs of workout clothes?

Feel free to offer any suggestions on how I could handle this basically I will be breaking a good sweat 3-5 days a week and am concerned how to pack/ how to wash this while abroad. Thank you!

I'm no fitness expert! But I can tell you washing your clothes everyday will get very expensive! I've seen hostels charge between 3 and 7 euros for a load of laundry. You may want to skip workouts or just occasionally go for morning jogs. Just travel itself can be a great workout. Most backpackers experience weight loss while abroad. I lose every time but always again it back. However another of our members joe7f has kept it off I believe. Basically you're walking around all day, some days carrying your heavy pack. You'll be moving MUCH MUCH more than in the States. You'll be eating less as well because portions are much more reasonable.

There are places and opportunities during traveling where cardio can be done. But you might not want to schedule time every day for that purpose. Traveling saps your energy quick. I don't really have a great answer to your question though. Lots of sweat = lots of laundry. Laundry sux when traveling.

If you take workout clothes that are 100% polyester, you can just wash em yourself in the sink and then wring them out and they'll dry in a flash. That stuff also doesn't take up much space.
