I was doing so well until I left for Mexico...damn all-inclusives! no, I'm kidding, so worth it! Anyway, now it's time to get back on track...that's what I've been saying all week, but it's time to hit the gym (my gym clothes are packed for tomorrow) and time to start eating healthier! Good luck to everyone else that's in my boat! We can do it!

Hrmm.. I can't imagine describing any part of the childbirth process as "felt good."

Ok, maybe the point where the doctor hands it to you.. that's gotta be more awesome than instant weight loss.

White rice with nearly every meal here has not been my friend.

I have been working out a fair amount since I joined a gym and also have been walking a lot, but also all the good sweets you are constantly barraged with have not been my friends either.

I need to lose a few pounds before I go back to Oz.

I went down to my home house and took me dof out for a walk but she's too feckin' old and wanted to go home 10 minutes into the walk..

Then I crippled myself doing a few situps at home, eat some cabbage yesterday though feeling healthy now.

I've been 'on track' since the second week of March - lost 6 pounds so far. I've lost about 5 inches on my waist since November though.

I'm almost at the weight I was before freshman year.

No matter how much I run lately it seems to be getting harder. Every time I start breathing hard I just get mucus pouring down my throat. Hmm.. I should see if I have a sinus infection or if I just need better allergy meds.

Yes hella kudos to you two!

I failed miserably. Okay, breaking my ankle really didn't help, even though the excruciating pain and pain killers had me on a starvation diet at first!

I need to run away from all sorts of candy or chocolate... Man I'm weak!! I wonder if I should take up to replace chocolate cravings... haha

on a more serious note, I signed up for the swimming team at university. Well, the talked me into it... i just wanted to do some swimming on my own... but everyone was so cool they just convinced me. Well, at least now I'll really have to stick to the training.

And last night I watched Super Size me, and though it's not the best of movies, doesnt say anything we didn't already know and I dont even go to Mickey Ds twice a month, when i saw the buckets of sugar that guy had eaten in the form of soda, ketchup etc etc. it freaked me out... so I'll try to watch my diet.... at least on the sugar stuff....

I start this weekend!!

I need to get my ass back to the gym....I was doing pretty good there for awhile. But then they weren't running the AC at the gym and it was pure torture to work out without it.

May 1st...back to the gym!

So I think I've done the opposite of many people here. Lost much fitness and definition. It sucks, but after the injury and stomach problems are gone, I hope to be back in the race.
