Hi,

i am a person who loves indian food and was wondering if anyone knows if you can take dry bottled powder spices abroad or not? i was thinking if taking red chilli powder - do you think this will be ok to take on planes in the normal lugguage area?

hehe, i am carrying some garam masala around at the moment. i had some this morning on 'cinnamon' toast. it is also delicious with nutella.
but i made my dad smuggle it over here. and one pack did mysteriously vanish en route...

Yeah that should most definately be fine.

They wouldn't have any way of knowing anyway would they?

Not that I'm encouraging taking illegal items on planes or anything!
