I heard that living in Europe has its perks..
A friend from Nicaragua is studying in Germany and he told me that if you move to Germany and go to school, their government pays for you school and pays for your housing and gives you a monthly "allowance". Is this true? If so - do any other European countries do this (which ones?) and how do I find out about getting into this?
I have a year left of university to finish and I'd like to finish it over there..if possible. Do credits transfer to European universities? I've looked at the website germany.info and really it's not giving me as straight-forward answer as I'd like. Any info will be greatly appreciated!!!
