ISE card or Hostels of Europe card

Which card would you buy, the International Student Exchange ID Card or the Hostels of Europe Card. Both give you discounts, but do both give you disounts on attractions and hostels?

I haven't actually heard of anyone who has used the Hostels of Europe card, but I know that the ISIC/ISE student card can be helpful. Good luck.
