California
My fiance and I live in Hollywood, CA and we want to explore more of California. We've never been anywhere besides Hollywood. We've only got 3 days so it'll just be a weekend trip. We've talked about San Diego or San Francisco. I'd really like to go somewhere with a lot of things to do and great places to eat. Maybe some museums or art galleries or something. Any suggestions you guys could offer would be great.

Ahh, totally go to San Francisco!! I was there for a week, and loved it so much. There is loads to do, you could go to the Golden Gate Bridge, take a trip to Alcatraz, walk along the piers, and there are also lots of museums and galleries.
Alternatively, San Diego has Balboa Park, which is home to a ton of museums etc, and also the zoo, which is a nice day out.
Maybe some locals on here will be able to give you some more info!

depends on what you're into. If you like camping and had the time I would have recommended going to the far north like Mendocino. As you only have a couple of days though I would day Frisco.

San Francisco has tons of museums, loads of places to eat/drink, and nature type stuff within close striking distance. Do a thread search on San Francisco and you'll find a handful of topics with lots of good details.
