Hmmm... I didn't even know they were popular in the US... I thought us lucky cheeseheads were the only one. Then again, whenever I've traveled about, it's not like I really go looking for them. Perhaps fried cheese curds is a WI thing.

Poutine.......YUM. Nothing like gravy, cheese and french fries at 3 am. Of course......each serving probably takes a year off your life. No trip to Montreal is complete without Poutine.

Aparenttly (I was told this by an English person so it could just be national pride) England is the best place for really hot Indian currys. The only place I've ever eat Idian was in Birmingham, I had one of there local dishes but I can't remember the name of it. It had a bit of everything in it I think and it was nice but very hot.
I'll have to expand my hoizons when I go on tour, I haven't eaten hlf the foods mentioned here. I'd like to try sushi, there aren't many of those out here in the arse end of Galway.

That's the one. The name stands out straight away. I felt like I'd done a workout after eating it, I had a big red sweaty face on me.

German food like bratwurst is delicous! Most suprising? When I was in a resteraunt in China a saw you could order a sishkebab with bull genitallia none of us had the guts to try it.
Other foods I like would be Indian kormas and Mexican is good. Spanish is nice too and when in Sardinia its donkey!

Legit chinese food. not the americanized take out kind. Boston's Chinatown has some great places and the dim sum is amazing.

My favourite ethnic food is Indian. I love the spices they use in their recipes. The aroma of the food is always tempting and the variety that Indian food has is always mouth watering and makes you eat more and more.
