I have not had any alcohol for the past 9 months but thats only because of medication I am on. When I can drink I would say I would drink a couple of nights a week.

Is this a rumour, or is it true that Louisiana lowered the drinking age to 18?
That is only a rumor, the age is still 21. Not like it matters anywhere, but officially its still 21.

granted i drink almost every night, but i dont drink to get hammered drunk. i just have a couple beers or a few shots. whichever im in the mood for. just enough to take off the after work edge. i generally dont get home from work until 10 or 11 at night, so it helps me get to sleep better.

OK, I don't want anyone thinking we drink too much. Yes, pretty much every night I have atleast 3 beers, sometimes it continues, depends on the next morning. It is definately an after work thing. A good way to unwind.

It also provides other good things from Roxy other than travel,

^Good advice. I deliberately do exactly this about once a year. I figure if I can go one month (okay I never pick a football season month) then I should be just fine.

So far so good

Hmm....not drinking for a month. But why?

I learned to manage my drinking with one simple concept: taking smaller sips. The smaller the sips, the longer your pint lasts, the less you drink

When I was in college I used to take 4-10 drinks in a week or so, but now since I have started working and because of the busy schedule I don't get much time to drink. However, I drink occasionally

I do not drink much, but not because I am a bore, but because of my health. If I could I would probably drink pretty much.
