Nice to see so many other food junkies here! The thing about this addiction is that you can't give it up. Everyone needs to eat, right? So you can't just go cold turkey... although you could EAT some cold turkey. But because you are eating everyday you always have the temptation to eat more, and the justification for your actions.
I think I've put on about 10 kilos (22 kilos!!!) since I got to europe!
