Default what do you think of ozexperience?

what is your opinion/experience?

it seems quite cheap to do (in the grand scheme of things) and looks like it could be a lot of fun.

your stories are welcomed :D

Personally, living in Oz now, I am not a "group tour" kind of gal. But it does depend on what you are looking for. Ozexperience and others like it are great if you are by yourself and looking for people to be with the whole time. Or just want to see the main sites through blurred vision.

If you are going with a friend, my suggestion is to just rent a van and go where you go. Until I had wheels, I was just shown the beaten track, but the best stuff in the country is definitely off.

If you want any suggestions on N. Queensland, I can help you out, but check out some guidebooks and make your own way, you will be glad you did.

I've been looking into the Hop on Hop off myself... that way I can stop where ever I want and also solve the problem of having no wheels myself

Loved it.

Was around Victor Harbor to Adelaide most of the time, but got around to a few to other places.

I don't know if I got lucky, but I met some amazing people that took me in and created networks(which is how I'm getting to London).

I'm not much into sports, but I got into their love for AFL and supercars.

Their wine was the best I've ever had.

Food wise...Meh. Got tired of trying to find good places to eat and just stuck with pub food.
