Portree Independent Hostel, Isle of Skye Scotland

This is a nice hostel in the old Post Office building right across from the town square and bus station. Clean linens with a free drying room (which will come in handy in Scotland). They've got a HUGE kitchen with 4 or 5 stove tops, an oven and lots of fridge space. Hot water all day.

The only bad thing is that they close in the middle of the day (11am - 4pm) and you have to check in by 5pm if you have a reservation. You can get a pass key with a deposit so you can come & go when the desk is closed.
