Bolivia...any ideas?
So I decided I need to get traveling again and have decided on Bolivia La Paz and Sucre mostly, any experiences or advice?

Sometime in 2018 I am looking to do Bolivia Paraguay and Argentina. I have been to Argentina but not the other 2.

Good to hear. How's your Spanish? You may need it in Bolivia and Paraguay. Argentina has a lot of English speakers but not so sure about the other two.

I don't travel there but you can book some travel agent for that

I will probably checkout both. Apparently there is a Cristo Redentor statue that is 44cm longer than the one in Rio!

So far my route is...
La Paz-Cusco (Machu Pichu)-Sucre-Asuncion-Puerto Igazu-Buenos Aires-home.
While in La Paz I am taking day trips to Cochamba and Oruno, while in Sucre to Potosi and Asuncion to Filedelfia

Sounds awesome. Always wanted to go to Machu Pichu and Buenos Aires. I think when the time comes and I'm able to head down to South America, the research beforehand will open up a whole 'nother world that I never knew existed. Sounds like a great trip, bro!

BA is one of my favorite cities in the world. The other places are places I have never been too.

I try to keep my eye on one of those cheap Spirit flights to one of the places they fly in South America. Then just try to wing it from there. But may only get a week if I am lucky. Unless I quit my job again.

You can always take an unpaid leave of absence can't you? Like, one week paid, then two weeks unpaid? I've done that before.
