Travel from A to B for FREE!
Hi travellers and students,
I have found a great way of travelling for (pretty much) free throughout New Zealand: Relocating rental cars and campervans! Not through the rental companies themselves obviously -because trying to get hold of one of those one way deals is impossible-, but through a website that has got all the rentals that need to be relocated throughout New Zealand. You just register on the site, select the car or campervan you can use and off you go! It is really that easy, no kidding! I just relocated a campervan from Maui through this site. Picked it up from Queenstown Airport and drove it to Christchurch city. I only paid for the gas, that's it! Worked for me
Happy travelling!

Ooopss
Hi,
Thanks for the reply and sorry I'm delayed in mine. I've been told of for even posting that tip, so no can't do with actually giving you the website's address. And here was me thinking this was about exchanging travelling tips.
What I (hopefully) can do is give you the key word to google; "relocating rentals" and narrow your search down to NZ sites.
Sorry for the vagueness......
Good luck and safe travelling!
George

Someone told you off? Another member from here? I doubt that, because this is all about exchanging traveling tips. This is all pretty dodgy...perhaps a spammer trying to act like he's not a spammer and can't post a link because he only has 2 posts? I hate to be turning cynical...

Ooh further research has found http://www.transfercar.co.nz/ and oddly (or not) enough, the subtitle of the webpage is the same as this thread's subject "From A to B for FREE"
Spammer or not, it seems like a cool deal.

The link to the site was removed by a moderator as it was judged to be spam.
The rest of the post was kept however as it still provided a useful idea for travelers.
