Well i looked and looked and was not able to find a hostel in St.Johns...I found many B & B's but not a hostel...so I have had to spend more than I wanted too for my first 2 nights in the city. When I make my way inwards, I am going to try and stay with people I meet, but if all else fail, hotels might be my only option...we will have to see how it goes...because this is a winter adventure and its going to be bloody cold, my "rambo" styles will not be so good, no ditches or alley ways for me this time..but i will do as much of this on a budget as possible... -_-

The rest were Inns. You could check out a university, sometimes they'll let you crash there.

Ya i checked that one, but i could not get it for my nights, it kept coming back as not available...and it a B&B as well, not a hostel...hostel would have been better to meet peps, but i will survive with what i gots!!! thanks tpunkers!!!! :cheers:

There are many hotels are available near St. John's. If you can't find any then according to me you can find it on Internet. There are bunch of travel sites from that you can find best hotels in St. John's.
