Krakow - garden house hostel. Very nice, clean, friendly staff, cheap, next to the town center, etc. It was just done this summer. You can book it at the main page and get a description.

Sir Toby's and the Clown and Baird in Prague are both pretty good.

I know this is alittle late, but figured I'd throw it up anyways for people to follow.

I stayed at Sir Toby's in Prague and it was really really cool. The bathrooms were nice and they had another sink in your room. It is kinda far from downtown although one day we did walk from the Castle to Sir Toby's...It took us like 2 hours? I really can't remember but I was a zombie after all that.

There is a grocery store nearby and I was never hungry!
