Hi!! Im starting my backpacking trip in amsterdam and just wanted to know some cool things that are going on in May in Europe. I want to be in Spain in July, but thats about all i have planned. Should I fly to Greece and work my way up or France and work my way down? Thanks a lot!

Let's see if we can narrow this down. What kind of things do you consider cool? Where roughly had you planned on traveling? Are you also leaving from Amsterdam? How much time do you have in Europe? Are you planning to get around by train, flights, other...?

If you can give us a few more details we might be able to help find stuff that interests you...otherwise, you'll have to sort through random suggestions of everyone's personal favourites...

Cheers,

Kaylinder any updates on the plans? I'll be in Europe for half of May and most of June, maybe we could meet up!

Hi!!! well Im still not too sure about my plans, but i liek it that way. Ya im starting May and decided to get a France/Spain rail pass (I hear Italys trains are cheap and I hope this is true!) So ya I will be around from May until August, that wouldbe awesome to try to meet up! I know im going to be in Spain, running with the bulls in July. But I still dont know if I should start from Greece or just work my way down from A-dam, Does anyone know the best place to get really cheap flights to Canada in August? That just might make my decision for me! Id love to hear if anyone has any other must see things to do for the young party traveller!

as for cheap flights Kayak

this is what i use and it searches a ton of sites online and usually spits out fares that are very cheap.

After I left Amsterdam I didnt know if I had been there 3 days or 3 months. Its getting nice here in France now, Springtime in Paris is great and there are daily protests if you like that kinda stuff.
