Budget Travel GearYo Nellie, which backpack should I git? Questions and answers on gear related topics (i.e. backpacks, sleeping bags, tents, hiking boots, stoves, etc.).
i have about 5 days til i leave so i need to order my pack right now, but im torn between a few.
i found one that is ENORMOUS but a little too well priced for me to trust. here are a few links, please check them out and let me know which would be best.
im going to be backpacking for a very long time, 6months+ so i definately would need the room.
At a local retailer, their site has a store locator. A little expensive ($200, but it has a lifetime guarantee) but it is like a suitcase. It has a lot of space, a security wire, and a separate area for dirty clothes.
I was looking at the top down backpacks (wilderness style) and the lady did not recommend it.
