Unhappy

so after one pathetic semester at college, i've decided i am much too irresponsible to do the school thing right now. i'm droppin' out for now and going to work full-time..yay BUT..this means more chance to travel...just gotta budget myself!

i know this may be a huge mistake or it may be the best thing that i can do for myself right now..but all i can say is THANK GOD. SCHOOL SUCKS! :P

Excuse Me i'm Miss Biatch and don't forget it

Hey do what is in you to do, and at this moment in time you want or need to travel, then do it! You can always go back to school, but if you have the travel bug you will never be able to follow though with school. So finish your education when you know you are ready too, But do finish it at sometime!

Everyday is struggle for me to stay in college. But it was a challenge i set out for myself 3 years ago, and now im only 4 months away. So close! But yet, i know that education is an never ending process whether im in or out of the class room.
Dammit.

I did four and a half years of college and came to the same conclusion

There's a time and a place for it, but traveling is a better education than college provides anyway.

Where you thinking of traveling?

I have a love hate relationship with school. When I graduated from HS I swore I'd never go to college. A few years later I realized I was only qualified for dead end jobs. So, I decided to pursue what I really wanted to do. Been in school for about three years (failed all classes my first semester due in part to a lot of bad stuff going on) and am about half way done. Took off this last fall semester since our backpacking experience collided with the beginning of the semester. I'll finish one day (then grad school ). To each their own though. Glad you made the decision that's right for you.

BTW Spain is absofuckinglutely beautiful. And Germany rocks.

you made a good choice. i've left school 3 times to travel. life is a journey not a process so do it your way. you may feel ready in a little bit or in a while. either way it's a great feeling knowing you have the future open to you to travel around
