I was looking online at the Working Holiday makers visas for both Australia and New Zealand, and it seems that the one for Australia says you can only work for a max of 3 months for an employer and then you need to find another job, whereas in New Zealand there isn't any such requirement. So my question is, would it be really hard to get a job in Aus because of this requirement? What kind of jobs could I get? I'm not sure which place to get the visa because I'll pretty much go wherever I can get a job easily. I can always take a trip to see the other place. Thanks for the help people!!!
From what I understand, there are all sorts of jobs available to working holidaymakers, just be wary that they're mostly low-paying ones... It's hard to come in on a WHV and land a job as a graphic designer - believe me, I've looked!
In terms of employment overall, both Australia and New Zealand have had huge foreign recruitment drives lately, but it's especially easy to get a work visa for New Zealand if you have experience/skills.
