Hey.

I'm heading over to England in November - definitely not the cheapest time to be going - and I got my fares pretty cheaply through www.zuji.com.au.

I'm going on QANTAS and with taxes and everything it was $1850 return. I know that Virgin Atlantic has some pretty cheap flights listed on Zuji too.

Check it out - I hope you find something!

Oh my GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to hijack this thread for a moment, but I just checked out www.zuji.com.au and it has tickets from sydney to tokyo for HUNDREDS less than I had found anywhere else.

Now here's the part that makes me nervous: loridarling, do you know....do you have to be Australian to buy a ticket on there? I don't see anywhere that you have to be but I don't know....(I'm American btw)

I am PRAYING the answer is no!!!!!!!!!!! because that would be AMAZING!!!!!

Ok: I see nothing that says I can't, and went through like I was trying to buy it and there is a drop down list for countries of nationality and they're all there.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!! How did I not know of this site before!?!?! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry. I'm just a little excited about this.

you could get a job in the merchant marine... work on a ship as a deckhand.. dont know how the ozzy version works. but you sign on for afew months work like a slave on a ship and then get off wherever with a paycheck.. its a prett cool job if you dont mind a lot of male bonding and dont get seasick... ha ha..

I don't think you have to be Aussie - as long as you've got a visa or mastercard I'm sure they'll take your money especially as you're leaving from Sydney.

They are really cheap, I'm so glad I found my flight with them. Saved me hundreds.
