Driving from Phoenix (Nogales) down the Pacific Coast of Mexico, leaving on or around the 3rd or 4th of September. Would like to share the adventure, gasoline, and tolls with another traveler. Will be stopping at many beaches, camping and playing in the water. I'm an experienced traveler in Mexico. I make this drive every year, but don't like to do it alone. My destination is Acapulco, 1,750 miles south of the border. Want to come along????

I've been to mexico a few times for sure... in fact floating around here somewhere is a thread about my last trip there... I don't know anything about humboldt county. I am from chicago so parts of arizona are still a mystery to me.
I'm going to private message my phone # to ya. Give me a ring when you're coming through and we'll grab some grub!

I am going for half a year. Am looking for someone who wants to ride down with
me, not spent their vacation with me. The toll road from Nogales to Puerto Vallara
costs $90.00 (U.S.) and then there's gasoline. I know it is as expensive there as it
is here, so I imagine it will cost about three hundred bucks total, which I hope to
split with someone. The trip from Nogales to Acapulco is 1750 miles. I plan on
spending time on all the best beaches on the way down, and expect it to take about
ten days to get there, unless something good comes up that delays us.
I am traveling with two gentle, but protective dogs. How are you with dogs?
Ever been to Mexico? I go every year and love it. Can you throw a frizbee?
That's something I like to do every day. Nothing compeditive. Just throw and catch!

I am going for six months. Not really looking for someone to spend the vacation with.
Am looking for someone to ride down and share the expenses. I imagine it will
cost $90.00 in tolls and aboujt $300 in gas, which I hope to split. Will be taking myh
time and enjoying the great beaches on the Mexican Riviera. Am traveling with
two friendly dogs in a van (but not a hippy van!)-- One that 'passes' easily in Mexico
and doesn't look like it's from Humboldt county!
Time is getting short. I am willing to postpone my departure a few days if I can
find someone to go with me, otherwise I am about ready to leave. Shooting for
Thursday or Friday of this week.
