I've got three free days in between visiting Vienna and Prague. Any suggestions on a good place to visit or stuff to see. Possible ideas right now are heading to Berlin, Bratislava, Bucharest, or Krakow. Please let me know if you think one of these are better then the other. Oh, and hopefully it wouldn't be too expensive or take to long to get to.

Bratislava is nice and to do berlin in only a couple of days would be a crime.
My recommendation would be Cesky Krumlov, a small cute town that is UNESCO listed and in the south of Czech Republic. It's in between Prague and Vienna and it's fairytale!
Can take a little bit of time to get to - may have to catch buses but it is so worth it. You can see CK all in a days work.

as oz said definately not berlin...there is so much to doo there you would never fit it in. Bratislava is ok a lot like hungary for obvious reasons but the best thing about it is that its soooo cheap

Munich. It's halfway with night trains between each city. Good beer, doable in 3 days, and very fun. Also lots of cool stuff and you can also do the Dachau Camp tour if you want.
