What's Up,
So, I've booked my trip around Europe, but now I'm having trouble finding a decent hostel in Edinburgh. Apparently there is some big festival or something, because all the decent hostels only have 1 night free and none of the decent ones have an opening on saturday. So, can someone recommend a hostel that isn't one of the well known, but that is still nice.
Appreciate it,
Brent

in Edinburgh, I liked budget backpackers hostel, it was quite nice.
I'm laughing my ass off right now. Not in the "Im making fun of you" kind of way, but the "how can someone who's planning to go to edinburgh not know about Fringe Fest" kind of way. You arent going to find accommodation, mate, and unless its terrifically important to you go to go the festival, I'd say avoid the city til its over. I would very highly reccommend it, however I am a theatre junkie so I might be rather biased.

This is totally late but I just wanted to put in a quick word... I was there in early August and didn't have too much of a problem finding accomodation. True, it was more expensive but it wasn't too much of a problem. I stayed at the best hostel too, Highlanders
