French: "Bonjour. Je voudrais un vodka avec glace, s'il vous plaît. Merci." (pronounced: bone-swa. juh voodray zan vode-kah avek glas see voo play. Mehr-see)
Dutch: "Dag. Een vodka op ijs, alstublieft. Dank u wel." (prounouced: dakh. ayn fode-kah ope ice, alshtoobleeft. Dahnk oo vel)
Alternately, you can say "Hallo. One vodka rocks, please." and they'll understand you perfectly fine.

My kids took off with our European phrase book, so this is the best I can put together for you for Czech :
Dobry den, prosim [vodka rocks] - pronounced DO-bree den, PROH-seem...
prosim is both please and you're welcome, and it's the translation suggested for "I'd like to order..." Don't think you'll have any difficulty with "vodka" in Czech...
Dobry vecer (DO-breh VE-tcher) is good evening, by the way...in this part of the world, people look at you funny if you say good day when it's really evening...
If I track down my better phrase book, I'll see if I can find the word for ice.
Iki! (Ciao in Lithuanian...you never know when you'll need to know that)

I tried to order a Vodka and Coke once in Germany. I screwed it up. I was supposed to say 'Vodka Cola' and well somehow my accent got me a lot of weird looks and my German friend ended up ordering it for me. I have no clue what happened.
