Do you think that it would be a decent idea to send back some seeds in the mail. My buddy has a po box and i could send them there. Is this a good idea or should I not even try

Me neither, there's a good chance you'll get you and your friend in ALOT of trouble. Any international packages I've sent have been opened.

My friend once "anonymously" received several bricks of hash from Europe, flattened into a birthday card, no return address. But seriously, if people put as much time and effort into scoring whatever they needed at home, they wouldn't have to risk their necks breaking international laws, especially now in the day and age of über-invasive law enforcement.

As far as I know in Europe the seeds are legal, they should be in the states too because the seeds are used in things bird seed and... other products with seed in them. Think about it, there's poppy seeds on burger buns, that makes heroin. Dosen't it?
But I don't know about the states, find out because Amsterdam must have the best seeds in the world.

^ I think that you are thinking of opium, and I’m not sure if it does make it or if you just test positive for it…. But I’m no drug coinsurer

The seeds could, maybe, grow into a plant that produces drugs is what I mean. there's a rumur going around that if you eat to many burgers it'll show up on a drug test but I wouldn't beleave that because you can't actually get a high of the seeds of the cannabis plant. So I'd say the same goes for poppy seeds. I am a bit of a coinsurer. Just a bit mind.

The quality of seeds don't really matter, its where you grow that counts. You can't grow good product in the desert. Now if you lived in Vancouver, BC

Sure just grap some lights and a hydro kit, doesn't matter where you are then.
But the seeds are important some types of cannabis don't have much THC in them some have loads, there are alot of different breeds and in Amsterdam they have cannabis cup winners that have been crossbread to give you high yeilds or a big high.
