'round here, we like to call it Tardcore

I like techno music plenty, but can't deal w/ the hardcore or so-called "happy hardcore."

I guess everyone has their own taste in music.
For those who can stand techno and anything hard (its not ALL happy hardcore at this party, markEG will be there) here are a couple of links that should help:

http://www.hardcore-heaven.net/index.php?con=events
http://happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?...?TOPIC_ID=18284
http://www.federalwaste.com/slammin_vinyl/..._email_alt.html

Does anyone listen to techno?

I eat sleep and breathe it. I just went to the WMC in South beach had a blast. All of the biggest Dj's were there! Met up with a follow t-punker at Ultra and we had a blast. I wish I knew about the hardcore fest in England a little earlier. Thats sounds like fun
Oh and by the way Moby was there, and he was awesome!

Moby's alive and well - his new album Hotel just came out - but I'd hardly call his music techno anymore...

'Course, techno has so many definitions nowadays, based on where you are, that it's hard to just throw stuff into that category.
