Sorry if this was posted earlier, I searched and didn't see but then again I do have moments of blindness..
I was wondering what would be the cheapest way from London to Paris. I'll be flying into a London Heathrow about May 15, possibly spend the night but its very flexible (I haven't picked a flight yet). I need to be in Paris by the 16th to check into a hostel, so I was wondering what the cheapest way to get there would be. I could just go by plane again and just transfer, seeing as I'll be right at the airport, but if it's cheaper to go by other means I'd like to do that.
I hope that wasn't confusing, bottom line is that I'm very flexible, and my friend and I were just looking for the cheapest way from London to Paris. Thanks so much! :D

I would think your best bet is on one of the discount airlines, like ryanair or easyjet. The only downside is that they don't fly into or out of major airports so you might have to go out a bit.

Thank you! =)
So would I take the tube from Heathrow to the other airport? How much would that cost? (Sorry, I'm pitching the whole speel to my parents, they want every detail imaginable lol!)
Would a taxi be too expensive?

a) I wouldn't bother spending only one night in London before taking off for Paris. Getting into town from- and back to- the airport will eat up time, etc.. I'd save it for the way back.
b ) You can take a bus from Heathrow to any of the other airports in the London area. Some airlines run a shuttle, but I don't think Easyjet does. Check out timetables & fares at http://www.nationalexpress.com/
c) You can skip the whole bus ordeal and take BMI directly from LHR to CDG. You can get a flight for as little as £11 - http://www.flybmi.com One of the benefits is that BMI is a Star Alliance partner. So if you're flying into Heathrow on a Star Alliance airline (United, etc.) or an independent partner like Virgin-Atlantic, you can have your baggage checked through to Paris from wherever you originally depart. This is *very* handy.
Bon voyage!
