Hey Pepin what's up?! Welcome to the boards, I am also pretty new to this whole thing, but everyone is great and you will find everything you need to know here. I am also planning a trip to Europe this summer. Where are you planning on being, maybe we could meet up somewhere and PARTY!!!
Anyways, if you have any questions, I may have already asked them so I might be able to help!

First of all, that's what the hell I'm talking about. Seriously, that's awesome. This site is ALL about helping peeps who need it and I am seriously proud of you Brit for taking the initiative.
Other than that, ask any damn specific question and I guarantee you'll get a great answer. It'll probably come from me cuz, well, you know......these people can't hang.
Shit, did I just write that out loud?? Damnit

Oh by the way, that's the kind of site this is, so have a freaking good time. If yer gonna be lame....be lame, we don't really care. We just wanna help people out here. When we help people, we get to live vicariously through their adventures while we heal up from our own trips.
am I right?

!
- Dang, just noticed newbiebackpacker's title underneath his name: "Grand Wizard of Travel Knowledge"!
So, do you cut two eyeholes out of a map of the world and wear it over your head at the rallies?
Seriously, nice tag line...
