hehe only j/k, for anyone that can help - is there any program already in (I have restrictions on this computer and cannot download) windows that I can use to change the size of images? I mean in reference to the KB size (not dimensions), in other words the resolution decreases. I tried with paint but no such success unless Im missing something.

I don't know, because I haven't regularly used a windows computer in a few years, but it might be helpful if you let everyone know what OS you're using. I'm sure the software included in XP is slightly different than 2000.

I really like MS photo editor. It only comes with Office XP though (I think) and they got rid of it in Office 2003 for some reason (which I have).
