So my friend and I are backpacking starting in jan. for a coupla months, she's the one that found this site when searching for hostel advice. After coming back a few times I thought it might be a good idea to join so's i could pick all yalls brains. We're both 19, taking a year off before college. I can't speak for her, I just know I needed the time off from the "grind" if you will...looking for a little breeze called life etc, I guess I just feel like maybe if I got away from the institution of School for a while I may in fact reawaken that intellectual curiosity that I just know's in there somewhere...Or just a thrilling life experience, either one will do I suppose.
