Interesting link to let you know what you can and can not bring onto an air plane, to avoid any hassle at the check points about what you do have, print a copy off and bring it with you just in case.

Thanks God nail clippers are back on the list no mention of swiss army knives. I suppose it´s a safe bet to throw those in with your check-in luggage.

i hear that. i am pretty gung-ho on keeping my luggage to carry-on, but i'm thinking i might give it up and check 'er just so i can pack a Swiss Army Knife. It'll come in handy way too much not to get one.

Crio, you can always buy a cheap one there. If you do check in your pack, un-attach your daypack with all of your valuables and carry that on. But, i´m sure that you already knew that
