Is it true? Like in the simpson! You know what I'm talking about? In one episode, Bart gets to travel by airplane for free because he's delivering a package to someone. I saw that in some movies too...is that really possible? If so, does anyone know any companies that do that?

another simpson's related airplane trick- can you really show up at the airport and get last minute tickets cheaply on flights that aren't quite full? Simpsons go to Japan...!

Call me a sucker. I signed up for a membership with an Air Courier company that had received some good reviews in various travel magainzes and books that was Cheaptrips.com
After seeing example prices and destinations, I signed up with them. Unfortunately, once I received my membership I saw that unless you lived in either New York or LA, the site was useless. They did offer flights from a lot of cities, but flying from Detroit to Minneapolis was not exactly my idea of destinations when signing up with the site.
So, if anyone is looking into signing up with an Air Courier company, make sure you can get a complete list of flights offered.
