Thanks, Dude! I found out that my computer was "hi-jacked" by either some "spyware" or "adware" (meaning that some software was installed without your permission, by way of clicking on some random pop-up ads, then turns your browser or sites that you normally visit into a pop-up machine)
If anyone wants to do a FREE check on their PC for hidden "spyware" or "adware" software, go here-
Lavasoft download. Under the section "Adware 6 Stadard Edition" Full install. Choose a link and follow the instructions.
To check your computer for viruses (you should do it regularly), Go here for free PC virus searches and follow the directions-
Panda virus detection
Lastly, EVERYONE should have a firewall installed in your computer. This prevents hackers from being able to get into your computer to browse through all of your valuable information like credit cards, banks, usernames, passwords, everything! With a DSL or Cable connection, your are always at risk and your PC is connected 24/7. Protect yourselves!
Go here to download a free firewall-
Agnitum Outpost firewall
If you have any questions regarding any of these things, let me know and I will do my best to answer your questions(since I didnīt create any of this stuff, I just use them
).
Peace!
