Ok,
so i've been browsing for shoes and i'm pretty fussy, what i need in a shoe (black, sturdy enough for walking, dressy enough for evenings (try that for being female) and not leather (vego) :greenguy:
so i've been looking everywhere and i finally found a pair (in target in the city) that i thought was ok, but i wanted to just ponder it and get Wyzfens opinion just in case. So the next arvo i drag him up to the local target and its not there .
so i go back to the one in town where i first saw them, and theyre not there either . (i tried asking at the customer service desk but they knew nothing)
damn this so i went all the way out to one of the larger stores in the burbs,
they have them in size 10, so i had a good look, and yep they're what i want. But they dont have them in size 7.
I tried ringing another store, no luck
damn this i want those shoes.
guess i'm gonna have to give up
( why didn't i just buy them first time and bring them back if i din't like them )

Sorry to hear that they're gone, z ! I hate when that happens, too! now, I just buy what I think I like, then sit at home and cogitate on it for a bit. I can always return it if I realize later that I really don't like it or if I feel that I really don't need it.
Long ago, I changed my thinking from the normal "Ready, Aim...Fire!" to "Ready, FIRE, then Aim later!" That is to say that I've learned to "pull the trigger" and make quicker decisions Doing things this way, I have beat myself up much less than I used to!
Now go hunt down dem shoes !

Dunno if this helps, but...
target.com - women's shoes
Also, in terms of the type of shoes, I don't know if they make them in non-leather, but I've noticed that Ecco makes some great shoes that fit the traveling/going-out bill - I just haven't bothered to check their store because I know the prices will make me soil myself.

i highly recommend the ecco brand - worth the money in my opinion... but i'm really particular about foot health too.
