I use this place called HostingDude.com its cheap and so far hasn't sucked ass.. its really basic though.

I use 1and1.com. i got in on their free hosting for a year promotion. they're really great with lots of features. their packages are reasonably priced, imo.

I use freewebs.com. Free hosting, no ads, tons of space.
