Which airlines have you flown with?
I have nothing better to do for an afternoon here in Bali, so thought I'd compose a list of all the airlines I've ever flown with. So in alphabetical order:
Air Arabia
Air Asia
Air Asia X
Air India
Air 2000
B-MED
British Airways
Easyjet
Jazeera Airways
Jetstar (next week)
Ryanair
Wizz Air
All but three of those are "budget" airlines.

Not really, but I'm considering writing a book about my journey over the past year, mainly because everyone I meet keeps telling me I have to. I'm not that into writing though...

Air Transat
US Airways
KLM
Maylasia Airlines (recommanded !)
Royal Nepalese Airlines
and the most terrifying experience in the air : Lao Airlines

A short list compared to most but here we go anyway.
Air New Zealand
LAN
Jet Star
Pacific Blue
None of them are terrible and LAN was pretty awesome for international flights. All the other flights have been short and cheap so I havn't cared what they were like.

Air New Zealand has been by far my favorite(as service and what they offered).
I saw a handfull stewardess for the Emriates air carrier, they all pretty much looked like super models.

US Domestic Carriers
Northwest Airlines
Delta
American Airlines
Southwest
JetBlue
US Airways
America West
International Carriers
Air France
Air Berlin
FlyBe
BMI
Ryanair
easyJet
Scandinavian
Sabena (now defunct)
Airlines I may have flown, but can't remember for sure, are Iberia, Continental, and United. Despite the short list of US airlines, I've had my butt in a seat quite frequently. This year alone, I've flown over 35,000 miles.

Domestic:
ATA
US Airways
American Airlines
Jet Blue (they gave me 30 dollars off my next flight for being delayed)
United
(In general, I think all American companies suck in comparision to big European ones. When I have to fly with an American carrier overseas, I know to expect bad service, delays/cancelations, and crappy(-er) meals)
International:
Aer Lingus (wonderful and cheap)
TuiFly/Thompson
Luftansa (best flights ever, both long and short haul. if your baggage is 2 kilos over the limit, no problem, no charge, All the free booze on trans atlantic flights, and the best meals ever)
Sterling (i think that's how to spell it, it's Scandinavian)
KLM
Air Canada (I thought the plane was waaaay to old to be flying across the atlantic)
Easy Jet (shoot me now)
Ryan Air ( fav cheap airline)
BMI (Completely amazing, with a little complimentary bag of goodies for everyone!)
AirIberia (or whatever the spanish one is)

I don't keep very good track of all of my flights, so there's bound to be a few more I've forgotten.

Air New Zealand has been far from my favorite (as a service and they have to offer.) I saw a handful of Emirates air carrier flight attendants, they look almost supermodel.
