Free Gold Club membership for renters under 25 (but at least 21), and the under 25 surchage is waived.
The only catch is that you have to use the Family Gold rate code, which might not get you the lowest possible rate compared to hotwire or other discount codes. But I find that these codes are sometimes fine, and the surcharge is usually $25 per day so I bet it works to your advantage in a lot of cases.
