The Ozpacka Story
Hi all...
Well, thought id best just re-introduce myself... Spent a heap of time on these boards back in the summer of 03/04 whilst planning my European adventure in 2004... Had a blast, the time of my life. Even included a TP meet up in Pamplona for the Running of the Bulls.
All that now seems forever ago. The last few years have been a bit depressing and its depressing knowing that i havent really achieved much. Real life really seems to blow compared to the random adventures and the freedom you have whilst travelling.
So, what brings me back... well, back then it was easy, saving up to travel whilst living at home, but as you get older it seems harder to save money, but have made a decision not to put off what i love doing, but to find ways to save up and hopefully head off over to Canada and the USA next April/May.
Still a long way off, sure, but to be excited about another trip brings back those feelings that im sure all of you have when beginning to plan out your travels. Coming back to the TP Boards to share ideas and read travel stories has already been a great motivator.
So, anyways, looking forward to getting to know a few more people on here, and hopefully can help answer questions along the way for those that are looking to head to Aus, or even Europe for that trip of a lifetime.
