What do I need for Kenya travel?
I'll be traveling to Kenya on Safari. What do I need to have prior to travel? any tips and information that can help make my Kenya stay fun will be helpful. I'll be there for 2 weeks.

Are you only going to be on safari for the entire 2 weeks or are you doing other things/travelling through? If you are travelling through, what will be your method of travel?
If you're only going on safari, and you're staying at a lodge, the lodge will likely take care of everything for you. They're pretty amazing. But anything they leave out, they're more likely to know of. I will say this though: headlamps are AMAZING. Everywhere in africa frequently has power outages so it's always key to be prepared. Also, a camera with a serious zoom (optical not digital) is pretty key as well

Most Irish tea (worth drinking) comes from Kenya. If I went there all I'd bring is a load of milk and sugar. Those Kenyans make some tasty tea so they do.

I'm pretty sure you'll need to get some shots too. Probably HepA/B for starters. Not sure about others for that area but possibly typhoid, etc...
Check with a travel clinic and they should be able to give you a consultation.

Hep A/B, meningococcal, rabies, and typhoid vaccinations are highly reccomoned. Also you may be requierd to get are yellow fever VAC. Malariya pills are also a must.
What time of year are you going to Kenya? This is a large deciding factor in what you need to bring in terms of cloths/gear.
