First I'd like to say thank you too whoever created this site. It's very helpfull! I'm takin a trip to Europe this summer and I'm starting in Italy on the Amalfi Coast. From there I'm goin solo up through Florence, to Lucerne, to Paris, to Amsterdam and finally ending up in London. I've been having the hardest time finding hostels everywhere I'm going. Everything is too expensive or in the middle of nowhere. But seriously, where are all these $12-15$ a night hostels I keep hearing about. I'm 19 and have never done this before. Show me the way. I need help ASAP I'm leaving June 30th. Guys, I really need your help

have you checked out hostels on this website? try the search engine.
also try travel books (lonely planet, let's go) and other internet search engines (google).
there are not going to be cheap hostels everywhere and sometimes they are cheap for a reason. and keep in mind that you're traveling during peak tourist season so prices tend to go up.
try the 3 ducks in paris - i just made reservations for the middle of july and it's only 22 euro a night, which isn't bad...
good luck!

Hi Miggels, don't panic, there are so many hostels, the only thing you need to worry about is making reservations only if you go on peak season. Here's where I stayed:
- Amalfi Coast: I visited Amalfi from Sorrento. In Sorrento I stayed at the Le Sirene Hostel.
- Florence: I stayed in the HI Hostel, which was really nice, but a bus ride from the city, which can also be nice to have peace and quiet after a full day at the city. But you can also stay at Archi Rossi, which is another nice hostel in the city.
- Paris - I stayed at the Aloha Hostel, pretty basic, nothing to write home about, but cheap!
Hope this helps!
