Hey guys I just saw a post on couchsurfing.com some might be interested in. Tallinn Backpackers is looking for staff right now. They didn't post the deets but it might be worth it to shoot them an email if you're interested.

nope haven't been to Tallinn yet but you can always ask some couchsurfers for a meetup or tips

bump...if anyone out there is looking for some work in the baltics or just something to do...again, this place just put out word on couchsurfing that they're looking for volunteers in exchange for free accommodation
