this might be a question for the other girls. i've gone to nearly every travel store looking for **small** money belts [around the waist or neck]. i've found one "ladies" neck stash - but it's nearly as big and stupidly overpriced.
since i'm smaller [5'6 about 115 lbs] the standard money belts are huge. the traditional belts cover my entire lower belly - from hip to hip. so i thought i'd get crafty and sew the [smaller sized] money neck belts things into a hip belt. but it's still as huge.
all i need to carry in one of these dumb things is my passport, credit card and perhaps a bit of cash.
does anyone know of smaller money belts or has anyone made their own?? any ideas?
i was even thinking about tayloring a couple pairs of underwear... sewing pockets in the bum or something. but then that just seemed wierd.

I have one that came with my American Tourister luggage that almost seems too small for me. Its about 4x8 inches - just barely big enough to fit a passport. Its black cloth with a little strap and plastic buckle.
Actually, here it is right here. Probably perfect for your needs.

i can't say enough about the eagle creek leg stash - but it only works if you'll be wearing pants the whole time... like when i visited germany in october.
it was rad! no bulk - no buldge!

i'm so paranoid (pot smoker) - i'll probably always use a money belt... but, i distinctly remember being laughed at by this german hotel clerk for revealing mine in his presence (as i forked over 200 euro), he said: "you don't need that here!"
even still, i'll never give it up - i just love peace of mind...
