what i am asking is the brand ---wave---cigerettes......from japan. is this a cheap brand or is it a premium cigerette.

again the brand ----carnival---from south korea. is this a cheap cigerette or a premium smoke.

so if anyone who smokes cigerettes or fags, and has been south pacific?
