You guys are great !
I'm going to go ahead and say it. Travelpunk's community really is top notch. Often with the anonymity of the internet people feel justified in acting like jerks to people they don't know over message boards and the like.
It has been exactly a year since my backpacking trip through Europe, and here I am getting ready to go again, so I'm back on Travel Punk  
Just for fun I was looking up threads from last year that I posted and came across this little gem. A thread about me not being able to keep the resolve to go through with my trip. http://www.travelpunk.com/boards/showthread.php?t=10745
Reading through that, and remembering how close I was to calling off the whole trip, it about made me cry to think I could have passed up one of (if not THE) best experiences of my life, if not for how supportive and good the advice was of the members here  Really, it's very unusual to see so many people be so supportive of someone they don't know !
Anyways, I'm back again, planning my trip... but now I'm not scared or worried. I can't wait to go.

I'm going to go to Europe again, but go further East than I did last time (greece, Turkey Russia etc). Also planning on going to Egypt and Israel. But It wouldn't feel right if I didn't spend a decent amount of time in Italy ! I love that place :D

Like Marc, I will also be hitting parts of Eastern Europe so keep in touch
I like your comment on the final photo of the Europe album. Rome is indeed a sad place to say goodbye.
