Just wanting to say hello to everyone - wished I had known about this fabulous site eons ago!

I got the travel bug about 5 years ago and I've made it a point to go to a faraway place at least once a year. (Sigh) so many places to see, so little time...

Fellow travellers posing on bulletin boards such as this is one big reason I continue to be inspired to travel!

Cheers all

WELCOME TO THE BOARDS, MRC!

Yeah, I also don't have all the flashy tricks that Vice Admiral CD has, just a measly cyber high-5

Glad you found us and hope we get to hear some of your travel adventures

Thanks for the warm welcome Ana,

I've so far been to mostly Western European countries, GB,NL,BE,F,D, Denmark & Sweden. And a few other places in the carribean, middle east and Asia. I've always fancied European travel but now Asia has gotten my attention.

Lately I've been doing the backpacking thing and hostels, which is so much cooler (AND cheaper) than staying at hotels.

And how about you - ?

Oh btw, how do you know about my musical taste??

Hi tapsilog,

I'm planning on a trip to Thailand/Cambodia/Malaysia, sometime towards the later part of this year.

I'll keep you posted

Hey Retro,

You'll love Cambodia and Malaysia! The people are really, incredibly friendly. The ruins are drop dead amazing. Course, that pretty much all goes for Thailand, too!
