Default 3 month Eurorail Youth Global Pass?

I am going to get a global youth pass for three months in August. Does this pass have any restrictions that aren't covered in the Eurorail brochure? Is it really unlimited travel for three months no questions asked? If anyone has any imput on this subject let me know.

Thanks

yeah it's unlimited there aren't any restrictions but you'll have to pay a reservation fee sometimes. it varies but it also guarantees that you have a certain seat. you'll also get free ferry passage from certain countries. i had one and it was great. i would do it again.

I did the unlimited eurail pass for one month. You have to book sometimes for special trains like those fast bullet trains, but 99% of the time its just hop on and go. I loved it!

I used the 3 month unlimited last summer and it worked perfectly. Like Jess said, you only have to pay small fees is some countries for the reservation fee but that is not required. You can go without paying for the reservation fee and hope that their are open seats.
