I'm not a nurse, but I do do in home caregiving for disabled adults... I think one of the greatest parts about the kind of work I do (besides the fact that I love it) is that no matter where I go, I can find work, and quickly... When I am in the UK leg of my trip this autumn that is exactly how I plan on mkaing my extra money.

^ I think you can bet you will never have a shortage of work in the US either. Can you treat yourself btw? Frequently, the nurses I have met know just about as much as the Dr. does.

Fixed it for ya
Court, I'd think, and this is just me talking here, that if you wanted to do the traveling nursing thing, itd have to be through some sort of organization, like Doctors Without Borders. Reason being, there's licensing and malpractice issues that come up as you move into new locales.
