Hi,
I know there are several study abroad organizations/ schools that allow you to apply without having an affiliate school. This is the route I'd like to go because I attend a community college that doesn't offer study abroad.
Alot of the eligibility requirments seems to be having a 2.5-3.0 GPA, and at least a semester of college. Right now I'm doing my first semester and would like to study abroad in the UK for the fall of 2007. I don't think I'll be able to meet the GPA requirments because I'm not really taking the easiest of classes. So my question is, Does anybody know a study abroad organization/ university that easily accepts applicants?
I will have 12 units (1 semester) and probally not that great of a GPA.
Thanks.

Every program I've ever looked into seemed to easily accept applicants. While I can't state that for sure, since I didn't have any GPA problems, that is the impression I got.

The only experience I have with undergraduate study abroad is through Arcadia University (in PA). They have a bunch of programs in various places, mostly Europe, so you might want to check them out. I don't think you need an affiliate school but I'm not positive.

Good luck!
