The PSP comes with almost no internal memory, but you can buy 1 gig in flash memory (or more I think) if you want to store a lot of digital content directly on the PSP. As an alternative, if you do not want to store a bunch of music or movies on the device itself, just buy/rent the game and movie PSP discs. You can get a lot of movies, in addition to games, right on the PSP format discs. They are small and take up little space in your luggage. I have not tried any on-line content myself. I have an Ipod for my music and so use the PSP just for gaming and movies. I have just the mimimum amount if internal memory necessary to save my place in games...I think I have like 64k or something. Good luck!

Just do what I did was buy a 1 gig pro dou memory card and download a software called PSP VIDEO 9 from www.download.net and then you can convert your avi, mpeg files to mp4's and I have 5 1/2 hour episodes and 4 music videos and still have 500 mb left on my 1 gig memory card.
Hope this helps
